NCCU Homecoming

North Carolina Central University recently hosted an unforgettable homecoming celebration that brought together students, alumni, families, and friends in a joyous atmosphere. The festivities spanned from October 20th to 26th, kicking off with the Miss and Mister NCCU Royal Coronation on October 21st, where Ryan Atwater Jr. was crowned the 25th Mr. NCCU and Karleigh N’Diaye became the 82nd Miss NCCU.

The excitement continued with the Ultimate Talent Show on October 22nd, followed by a thrilling step show on the 25th. Other highlights included the Ultimate Gospel Experience featuring Grammy winners Tye Tribbett and Hezekiah Walker, an electrifying Hip-Hop Concert headlined by Miami rap sensation JT, along with performances from Luh Tyler and Lil Poppa, and an alumni concert showcasing the talents of Angie Stone.

The grand finale took place on Saturday, October 26th, at 3:30 PM, when the NCCU Eagles took on the Morgan State Bears, triumphing with a score of 16-7.
